When you are looking for a veterinary care clinic you should be able to count on great care and excellent service. We at Metro Cat Clinic in Hoover have assembled an expert team of veterinary professionals to bring you the best possible healthcare for your cat. We have a veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and cat-friendly. All new clients must fill out the New Client Form before we can see your cat. We have an online version that is accessible below. If you use the online form, you will receive $15 off of your first examination.
We also advise new clients to be familiar with our clinic and practice policies.
What To Expect
When you arrive, please park anywhere in the lot. As soon as you open the door to our clinic, you will see the receptionist. He or she will be glad to get you checked in and fill out any missing paperwork. You and your cat can wait in our Reception Area. When it is time, you will be shown back to one of the exam rooms. That is where you meet your veterinarian.
Once a year, you should take your cat in for a check-up. This will include a full physical exam. Our team will check the health of your cat from head to tail.
Bring in any medical history you have of your cat when you come. It’s best to keep a journal of your cat’s health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, please share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important. Our team can still work with whatever information you have.
In some circumstances, our doctors will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
